Passionate about performant customer journeys in retail and travel industries, I work on finding new clients (international development) and retaining the loyal ones (excellent customer service, France & worldwide).
In January 2017, I launched a new department dedicated to the International Clients at LE BHV MARAIS department store. We are focusing on FIT, mature travelers and repeaters – Chinese tourists are one of our top 3 targets.
